How to make Holy Cow CHAI for 2

  • Ensure  Chai packet contents are well mixed as ingredients may settle
  • Add 3 dessertspoons of Chai mix to a  saucepan
  • Pour 1 mug of water and 1 mug of milk  ( cow, soy, rice, oat, almond etc) into the saucepan and stir
  • Stir occasionally whilst bringing  the Chai mix  to the boil
  • Remove from the heat and allow the Chai to sit for 5minutes
  • Strain into mugs, discard the chai spice mix
  • Sweeten with honey and enjoy

To make larger quantities simply multiply using the above recipe as a reference point.

Storage

Store your Holy Cow Chai mix away from light in a cupboard or shelf not exposed to direct sunlight.
Keep it  in a cool spot and away from heat sources eg ovens and stove tops.
Don’t refrigerate the dry mix as it needs to keep dry.
Best to use contents within one year of purchase for a strong taste.
